📋 Description

• Act as a facilitator and coach for squads, ensuring the application of agile principles and proper use of the Scrum framework. • Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies — daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective — ensuring value focus, clear objectives and removal of impediments. • Lead multidisciplinary squads (product, technology, business, data, etc.), promoting collaboration, autonomy and ownership. • Define, monitor and evolve squad performance indicators: velocity, lead time, throughput, delivery rate, quality, team and stakeholder satisfaction. • Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategy and business objectives. • Prepare and deliver regular executive presentations for managers and directors, presenting results, KPIs, risks and action plans clearly and objectively. • Guide and mentor the team on continuous improvement practices, conflict resolution and assertive communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Scrum Master in digital product or technology development environments at a mid-to-senior level. • Hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban, including use of boards, WIP limits, flow management and agile metrics. • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary squads with a focus on delivering business value. • Experience defining, reading and managing squad KPIs and performance indicators — velocity, lead time, cycle time, quality, etc. • Ability to translate team results into executive narratives, preparing dashboards and presentations for managers and directors. • Advanced facilitation, communication, negotiation and conflict management skills. • Familiarity with agile management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps or similar. • Preferred: Certifications in agile frameworks such as CSM, PSM, SMPC, KMP, SAFe, or equivalents.
