📋 Description

• Lead projects with increasing autonomy, aligning teams and ensuring strategic deliveries; • Coordinate key meetings for implementation projects; • Perform active risk management and facilitate communication among stakeholders; • Align client objectives and success criteria; • Manage internal teams; • Take responsibility for organizing and structuring the projects under your management; • Ensure visibility of deliverables to the client; • Create project schedules; • Ensure deadlines are met; • Act as intermediary between the project team and the client, engaging them when necessary; • Make strategic decisions for the project; • Orchestrate project completion by bringing the right people together at the right time and making the right decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of project management; • Ability to define priorities and solve problems; • Sense of urgency and ownership mentality; • Leadership, organization, discipline, empathy, and communication skills; • Aptitude for strategic analysis; • Strong writing skills; • Logical reasoning ability; • Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK and SCRUM; • Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, or other organization and management tools; • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. • **Differentials 🎯** • More than 3 years of experience in project management; • Certifications or courses in agile or traditional project management.
