📋 Description

• Manage strategic projects and lead the squad responsible for technology solutions aimed at the capital markets, ensuring structured planning, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment and efficient execution, with a focus on results, quality and business strategy. • Plan, structure and monitor strategic projects. • Ensure alignment between the backlog, business strategy and team capacity. • Define schedules, scope, deadlines, risks and monitoring indicators. • Lead project governance rituals and agile ceremonies when applicable. • Monitor deliveries, quality, costs and timelines. • Manage risks and dependencies across internal and external areas. • Act as the focal point between the commercial area, clients and the technical team. • Ensure the management of performance indicators and results. • Support team development by monitoring capacity, performance and professional growth. • Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and project governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in the capital markets business (investments). • Experience in brokerages, asset managers, fintechs or other financial institutions. • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the investment sector. • Proven experience in project management and/or leading technical squads. • Strong knowledge of products, operations and regulations in the financial market. • Ability to make decisions and solve complex problems. • Experience communicating with stakeholders and executive areas. • Practical experience or an active interest in applying AI to productivity and team management.
