📋 Description

• Identify and enable initiatives that contribute to the digitalization growth plan • Identify opportunities to optimize operational leverage across various Cost to Serve areas • Monitor the evolution of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), interacting with marketing and digital sales teams • Prepare forward-looking cost behavior projections with robust assumptions based on the pipeline • Co-develop efficiency projects with partner areas and cost owners • Track the capture of designed efficiencies together with Finance • Manage Cost to Serve (CTS)

• Demonstrate an owner mindset in driving deliverables and decisions • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret scenarios and guide actions • Work collaboratively, coordinating with different areas and stakeholders • Deliver with a results-oriented focus, ensuring impact and execution • Manage pressure and critical deadlines while maintaining quality and clarity • Maintain organizational and management discipline (routine, priorities, and deadlines) • Act proactively, anticipating risks and opportunities • Build strong interpersonal relationships to influence and unblock agendas • Work in a team with a cooperative attitude and a sense of shared responsibility • Apply accounting knowledge for analysis and decision support • Work with banking products, connecting business needs to viable solutions • Lead project management with disciplined execution, timelines, and stakeholder alignment • Manage results with a performance mindset, monitoring KPIs and directing actions • Prepare presentations with a clear narrative, executive structure, and focus on impact • Develop financial modeling (business plans) for projections, scenarios, and decision support • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting • Language: English - Advanced • Technology: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, Python
