📋 Description

• Develop, review, and evolve project typologies, ensuring standardization, execution feasibility, and alignment with company guidelines; • Coordinate and technically validate the solutions adopted in the typologies, ensuring quality, productivity, and construction efficiency; • Conduct technical studies and comparative analyses of construction solutions, layouts, and standards aimed at achieving scale and cost optimization; • Ensure the application and updating of typology standards across design disciplines and partner areas; • Support the definition of technical assumptions for new developments, considering execution, performance, cost, and schedule aspects; • Participate in coordination with design firms, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure technical alignment and compliance with established guidelines; • Manage and monitor the project workflow related to typologies, ensuring schedule adherence and delivery quality; • Prepare and track area indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and adopted solutions; • Promote initiatives in innovation, industrialization, and constructive standardization, contributing to productivity gains and project scalability; • Provide technical support to the team and disseminate knowledge related to typologies and project best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism • Advanced knowledge of Revit • Knowledge of construction processes and typology standardization • Good communication skills and ability to interface with different areas • Critical judgment for reviewing and standardizing solutions
