📋 Description
• Provide customer service via phone, chat, WhatsApp and email • Respond to inquiries about products and services • Record and update information in the system • Handle requests and complaints • Liaise with other departments • Monitor performance indicators (quality, productivity and NPS)
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma (university studies in progress desirable) • Experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector • Basic computer skills and familiarity with systems (CRM) • Familiarity with digital channels (chat, WhatsApp and email) • Excellent verbal and written communication, with active listening and empathy • Resilient, proactive and solution-oriented profile
