• Manage end-to-end recruitment for **Australia-based roles**, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing. • Work closely with hiring managers and clients based in Australia to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruitment tools. • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess cultural, technical, and functional fit. • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates to clients/stakeholders. • Familiar with **Australian recruitment norms**, salary structures, compliance, and notice periods. • Handle offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination for Australia hires. • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation. • Ensure excellent candidate experience and build long-term talent pools.
