• Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting across assigned territories and target accounts • Research prospects, make outbound calls, schedule appointments, send personalized emails, and create new qualified opportunities • Engage decision-makers, uncover business needs, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for Account Executives • Manage a disciplined daily cadence of outbound activity while maintaining accurate records in the CRM • Partner closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to refine messaging and improve outreach strategy
• Based in or able to work in Denver, Colorado • Bachelor’s degree • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfort with outbound calling, outbound email, and proactive prospecting • Competitive mindset and desire to build a career in sales • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail • Ability to manage a high volume of activity and maintain CRM discipline • Coachability, resilience, and willingness to improve through feedback • 0–2+ years of SDR, BDR, sales, recruiting, real estate, customer-facing, or business development experience • Prior outbound prospecting or cold-calling experience • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools • Interest in infrastructure, real estate, telecom, renewables, finance, or asset acquisition.
