📋 Description
• Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Delivery Management group • Ensures seamless execution of client-facing projects and services • Oversees project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and operational excellence • Establishes and implements best practices for delivery management • Leads execution and delivery of multiple global projects • Develops innovative network solutions tailored to clients' needs • Optimizes global resource allocation and workforce planning • Drives continuous improvement efforts to enhance the client experience
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree and 8-10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Graduate degree preferred • 4-6 years’ leadership experience • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing global network operations, and engineering delivery teams • Strong experience in Automation and SRE delivery model • Strong experience in thought leadership and innovation • Nice to have experience in infusing AI into network operations
