📋 Description

• Work closely with cross-functional project team members to ensure an integrated approach to AI/ML model application • Lead the design and development of Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks • Work with AI Engineers, AI experts, operations, and other technical personnel to deliver end-to-end solutions that enhance user experience and deliver superior results • Collaborate on defining AI/ML model development and application standards • Employ creative and leading-edge thinking to reconcile end-user requirements with technical feasibility and business viability • Collaborate with model builders and recommend architectures to ensure timely and quality service delivery • Provide targeted feedback and peer review for AI/ML and allied team members • Leverage AI/ML and software engineering knowledge to transform ideas into specific model, development, and product recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BE Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience • Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in agent-based and autonomous systems • Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including planning, reasoning, and multi-agent collaboration • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks and AI tooling ecosystems (e.g., CrewAI) • Proficiency with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Doc Intelligence, Translator, etc. • Strong understanding of Azure OpenAI GPT models, including capabilities, limitations, prompt engineering, function calling, tool use, and structured outputs • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience integrating AI services, APIs, and data pipelines • Proficiency in back-end development using Python and/or Golang, with a focus on API-driven architecture • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and familiarity with vector databases • Working knowledge of at least one front-end framework such as React or Angular for UI • Hands-on experience with cloud-native development, containers, and microservices • Demonstrated experience in clustering using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and platforms like Rancher • Familiarity with UI/UX tooling such as Figma for rapid prototyping and design collaboration • Cloud certifications (Azure Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or equivalent) are an added advantage
