📋 Description

• Provides senior network engineering oversight, operational leadership, and escalation management within a 24×7 NOC. • Leads the NOC team, supports Level 1 and Level 2 triage, and serves as the primary escalation point for network issues. • Oversees daily NOC operations for network monitoring, alert triage, and proactive remediation. • Owns major network incidents from detection through resolution. • Provides network expertise for the Cyber Backup environment in Denver.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination. • Deep expertise in network engineering (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, load balancing). • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in a 24×7 operational environment. • Strong background in incident management and operational reporting. • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required. • Ability to work rotating shifts and support mission‑critical operations.
