📋 Description

• Understanding of major software licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, IBM) • Maintain accurate records of software assets, including licenses and usage data • Generate detailed reports on software usage, compliance status, and cost savings opportunities • Assist in the implementation of SAM tools and processes for clients • Analyze software usage data to identify compliance issues and opportunities for cost savings • Recommend and implement improvements to clients’ SAM processes • Conduct software compliance audits to ensure clients adhere to licensing agreements • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on SAM-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience on SAM tooling (Flexera is preferred) • Advanced Excel skills for building reports (Power BI dashboard, Power Query is a plus) • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM (Software Request) • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese • Good communication skills for client-facing interactions
