📋 Description

• Maintain communication with clients and provide case updates promptly • Process criminal cases for trial preparation, including legal documents, data entry, and correspondence • Complete a daily court calendar, obtain jury panels, and issue discovery to defense attorneys • Prepare subpoenas and cancel subpoenas when trials are completed, dismissed, or continued • Enter revocation petitions and prepare files for court • Request criminal history documentation, including national, state, and local criminal histories, booking photos, arrest records, juvenile criminal histories, and Bureau of Motor Vehicles records • Perform office-related activities to support Department functions, including backing up co-workers and front desk responsibilities involving the public regarding criminal complaints

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of Criminal Defense experience required • Bilingual English/Spanish required • Paralegal or legal experience • Experience with Case Management Software • Based in LATAM • Resume must be submitted in English
