📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business, product, and user requirements for new features and product improvements • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities, and align product initiatives with strategic goals • Define and refine business processes, user journeys, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Work closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented • Coordinate feature delivery activities, support release planning, and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams • Maintain product documentation, ensuring requirements, specifications, and business rules remain accurate and up to date • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations regarding product progress, risks, and opportunities • Support system integrations and participate in solution design discussions to ensure business needs are effectively addressed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within software development environments • Strong understanding of business analysis practices, business process modeling, requirement management, and Agile methodologies • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements • Strong experience writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and product documentation • Understanding of product metrics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making • Experience coordinating feature delivery, including cross-team communication, release planning participation, and requirement clarification • Strong practical experience using AI tools to improve business analysis activities, requirement management, documentation, and productivity • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management tools • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced product environment • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
