📋 Description
• Drive monetization strategy to increase RPD and ARPU through pricing, offers, and funnel optimization • Improve retention and engagement by enhancing onboarding, content, and user experience • Plan and execute A/B tests for monetization and retention features, analyze results and iterate • Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and measure success (RPD, ARPU, LTV, RR) • Prioritize and manage the backlog using frameworks like RICE, delivering high-impact initiatives on time • Collaborate with UA, marketing, content, and development teams to align product and growth strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in mobile free-to-play (F2P) games or any apps with proven results in monetization and retention • Strong understanding of in-app economy design, live-ops, and engagement loops • Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven product development • Ability to analyze KPIs and financial metrics (ARPU, RPD, LTV) and turn insights into product decisions • Solid experience with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, UA, design, and development • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluency in English, plus Ukrainian for internal and external communication
