• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Spanish-speaking partners across assigned markets • Manage and support a portfolio of partners, ensuring consistent performance and engagement • Work with warm leads and onboard new partners in close collaboration with the inbound team • Support partner growth and development to increase overall project revenue • Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results • Provide partners with tailored recommendations and best practices to help them scale on the platform • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality partner experience and a safe ecosystem for users

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role — Account Manager, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager • Spanish at B2 level and English at B1+ • Strong relationship-building and communication skills when working with partners or clients • Results-driven, client-focused approach with a genuine sense of ownership • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Ability to work independently, structure information effectively, and stay on top of multiple priorities at once • Would be a plus: Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude, strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills • Experience working with CRM tools • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva
