📋 Description

• Support children and families to achieve positive outcomes • Deliver mobile early childhood development and family support programs for children from birth to 12 years and their families • Facilitate playgroups, workshops and community education activities • Connect families with information, advice and referral pathways • Maintain accurate case records • Build relationships with children, families, community organisations, First Nations communities and local stakeholders • Travel throughout regional and remote Queensland as part of a mobile service delivery model • Approximately 60% of working hours involve travel and overnight stays in rural and remote locations • Work with a supportive team that values innovation, collaboration and continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a tertiary qualification, or be enrolled in Children's Services, Community Services, Counselling or a related discipline • Experience working with children, families and communities in early childhood education, community services or a related field • Strong understanding of child development and family support practices • Experience facilitating programs, workshops or group activities • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously • Commitment to culturally safe and inclusive practice • Current Queensland driver’s license • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) • Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
