📋 Description

• Edit raw footage into polished videos, including cuts, pacing, color, audio, motion graphics, and captions as needed • Write video titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for discovery • Design or source thumbnails • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar • Monitor channel performance, including views, watch time, and engagement, and adjust the content approach based on results • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and guidelines • Coordinate with the marketing team on content themes and campaign tie-ins

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience editing video for YouTube or similar platforms • Portfolio required • Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar • Working knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual branding • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or short-form content (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) is a plus • Stable internet connection • Comfortable with the offered rate of PHP 425 per hour • Willingness to work on a graveyard shift may be required by the application question
