📋 Description

• Carry out manual and exploratory testing across features and releases, working within an agile team • Own the QA process for the features you are assigned - from requirements through to sign-off • Write, manage, and maintain test cases and scripts to ensure full scope and coverage • Manage defects throughout their full lifecycle - logging, tracking, escalating, and verifying fixes • Work closely with engineers and product managers to review requirements, surface risks, and produce test plans • Participate in sprint ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives • Collaborate with the broader QA team and all other departments to ship with quality • Contribute to process improvements and help raise the quality bar across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Good understanding of testing methodologies, test plan organisation, and technical requirements. • Experience writing and executing manual test cases in line with project scope. • Strong experience with QA testing on web or mobile applications. • Experience with defect management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. • Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage workloads, and escalate where required. • Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
