• Work on-site at properties managed by Unity Hotelaria across Brazil; • Implement the management company's operational standards and oversee their execution; • Provide direct support to General Managers across all operational areas; • Monitor performance and quality indicators (NPS, complaints, reviews, operating costs, etc.); • Evaluate and optimize routines for maintenance, housekeeping, F&B and front desk; • Prepare technical reports for each site visit and propose action plans; • Support the implementation of new management contracts; • Contribute to Unity's organizational culture and the development of local teams.
• Proven experience in hotel operational management (minimum 5 years) • Full availability for frequent travel (throughout Brazil) • Strong knowledge of hotel processes: F&B, front desk, housekeeping and maintenance • Leadership skills, including training and team development • Good communication, professional demeanor and results-oriented mindset • Engagement as a PJ (independent contractor) with travel and transportation allowance.
