• You will be responsible for the full product planning and execution — including developing an artist CI in collaboration with artist management, artists, external creatives and internal stakeholders, organizing and executing video shoots, photo sessions, styling and the design of artwork. • You will independently manage project and budget administration as well as develop, implement and monitor marketing, online, PR and TV media concepts. • You will handle communication with artists and artist management regarding artist and release strategies. • You will manage your campaigns using data and take the lead in implementing (digital) marketing strategies. • You will develop cross-channel content marketing strategies for owned media channels (social media, websites, newsletters, etc.) and identify new online communication opportunities and channels. • You will work very closely with Promotion Managers, International Marketing, Sales Managers, our internal Marketing Labs and the A&Rs of your team. • Continuous relationship building and maintenance with rights holders, artists, producers, artist management, publishers, tour promoters, cooperation partners and media partners is also important.
• You have a completed degree with a focus on marketing and at least 3 years of experience in product management at a music or media company. • You bring very good knowledge of the music industry and repertoire expertise in German pop / international pop and/or in MOR (middle-of-the-road) and party genres, and you are comfortable working with broad commercial genres and related events. • You have a detailed understanding of release campaigns with a focus on short-form assets for all common social platforms and know how to apply classic marketing and communication strategies effectively. • You possess extensive knowledge of market developments with an increasingly important focus on the streaming world and understand how campaigns with a streaming focus need to be structured. • Excellent communication and project management skills and the ability to steer creative processes complete your profile. • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
