• You are responsible for the online editorial content — texts, images and metadata — for the live and VoD productions on the STAGE+ streaming platform • You are responsible for writing and entering titles and short descriptions for concerts and operas, including checking metadata for video and audio files • Writing and entering artist biographies and partner descriptions are also part of your responsibilities • You organize the sourcing and cropping/editing of relevant and emotionally engaging photos, images and covers • You coordinate editorial work on newsletters as well as push notifications and App Store communication • You support the conception and communication of our cross-platform, cross-media and membership campaigns
• You have a degree in musicology or cultural management, or a comparable professional background • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in content editorial for an audiovisual multimedia platform and have gained initial leadership experience in this role • You bring solid experience and strengths in audience-specific storytelling, particularly for journalistic or editorial online content; you also have relevant social media expertise • You have deep genre and repertoire knowledge in classical music — extending beyond Deutsche Grammophon’s own artists • You are highly confident working with CMS and interfaces to database systems; you also have strong experience with web technologies as well as image and text editing software • You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
