• Planning, executing and managing release campaigns – digital and physical • Developing creative and data-driven 360° marketing concepts • Point of contact for artists and management on marketing matters • Coordinating internal interfaces and external partners • Project and budget planning, setting priorities and monitoring timelines • Developing cross-channel content and storytelling strategies • Responsible for the release of digital and physical recordings
• At least 3 years of experience in product marketing – ideally at a music company, creative agency or in a digital environment • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, audience development and data-driven campaign management • Confident use of tools such as Spotify for Artists, Chartmetric & co. • Strong sense for visual concepts, CI development and creative production • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders • Knowledge of relevant Hip-Hop, R&B and pop scenes • Very good written and spoken German and English
