📋 Description

• The successful candidate will have an earned or anticipated doctorate in counseling or counselor education by May of 2027. • Experience teaching across the curriculum in CMHC. • Experience supervising clinical mental health students. • Demonstrated experience in online education (synchronously and asynchronously). • Teaching courses in the graduate program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (80%). • Service to the Program and Department, the College, UW-Parkside, the profession, and the community (20%).

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate or anticipated doctorate (e.g. doctoral candidate) in counseling or counselor education with expectation of completion by May of 2027. • Experience teaching online asynchronous courses. • Experience providing clinical supervision to clinical mental health counseling students. • Research and scholarly activity in clinical mental health counseling. • Experience working with students and staff from culturally diverse backgrounds. • Licensed as a professional counselor, or training license will be considered.
