📋 Description

• Utilise industry expertise and understanding of apprenticeship standards and assessment plans to advise and support apprenticeship delivery team, admissions, apprentices, and employers • Review apprentice portfolio completion and evidence submission • Provide technical and specialist support for University teams and external stakeholders in relation to EPA • Support the development of the portfolio of evidence and achievement of apprenticeship standards • Provide information, advice and guidance for the apprentice’s workplace mentor and/or employer • Conduct the final gateway desktop review and feedback ahead of the final EPA submission • Work in partnership with other Technical Managers to improve service and apprentice experience

🎯 Requirements

• GCSE Maths and English language Grade C or 4 or above • Degree level qualification • Professional Membership of CIOB and/or CABE • Extensive built environment industry experience • Experience within the education sector/higher education • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to motivate and support apprentices and employers • Ability to work independently, flexibly and quickly to identify risk • Effective time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team and organisational goals • Digital skills confidence in MS Office including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
