📋 Description

• Track and drive progress across multiple active projects and workstreams. • Coordinate work across software development, art/design, QA, and leadership. • Maintain and improve Jira workflows, processes, and automation to support delivery. • Ensure tasks, milestones, dependencies, and blockers are visible and actively managed. • Support the team through iterative review, feedback, testing, and polishing cycles. • Identify project risks, delivery issues, and process gaps early, and help keep work on track. • Improve project structure and follow-through without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. • Provide clear status updates and delivery visibility to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing projects for a cross-functional production team. • Strong Jira experience. • Experience working with software development teams. • Experience coordinating art/design workflows alongside development. • Experience in agile or iterative delivery environments. • Experience coordinating QA/testing and review cycles. • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams. • Strong written and spoken English. • Must be located between UTC-5 and UTC+3.
