📋 Description

• Own full-cycle hiring for commercial roles across the UK and Europe, from senior leadership to account management, from hiring-manager kickoff through signed offer • Run executive search projects, including market mapping, target company lists, talent pools, and direct outreach to passive candidates • Source through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, events, and personal networks • Craft outreach and engage passive candidates • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations, profiles, and timelines • Assess candidates and present reasoned shortlists • Manage offers and negotiations and keep candidates engaged through their first day • Maintain clean Lever data and report on pipeline health and hiring results • Share sourcing expertise with the team and improve sourcing standards • Hire senior commercial leadership and account management teams across the UK and Europe, with occasional hiring for other business roles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and direct search • Proven executive search experience, including closing senior and C-level roles through direct approach • Strong track record of hiring commercial roles (sales, business development, account management) in the UK and Europe • Self-driven and autonomous; able to plan work, raise blockers early, and work without micromanagement • Persistence and resilience in candidate outreach • Strong stakeholder management with senior hiring managers and executives • English at C1 level or higher, written and spoken • Fluent Russian
