📋 Description

• Support the analysis of supplier contracts. • Assist in communications and negotiations between suppliers, procurement, legal, and the requesting department. • Support contract lifecycle management. • Maintain Excel controls to monitor contracts. • Support alignment with the operations team regarding scope changes. • Execute travel procurement processes and provide support in asset management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Law, or related fields. • Knowledge of contract analysis and supplier/vendor interactions. • Intermediate Excel skills. • Experience with contract management (preferred). • Knowledge of the Espaider tool (preferred). • Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
