📋 Description
• Lead daily client meetings to gather data and build trust. • Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts to ensure seamless integration with our bookkeeping systems. • Compare signed proposals to actual needs; recommend scope/pricing changes. • Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. • Troubleshoot issues and optimize configurations. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to transition accounts into ongoing support with the Accounting Specialists team.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role. • Public or multi-client accounting background • Proficient in QuickBooks Online setup and troubleshooting. • Strong background in both cash- and accrual-based accounting
