• 5-10 years of business experience, including customer-facing roles and successful leadership of sales teams in a multinational environment • Proven experience leading B2B sales organizations, with a strong track record of improving sales performance, execution, and business results • Effective coach who develops talent, supports growth, and helps teams achieve their full potential • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, negotiation, and identifying opportunities for profitable growth • Hands-on, field-oriented approach to leadership while maintaining a strategic perspective on business priorities and market developments • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills • Strong project management, analytical, and data analysis capabilities • Proficient in English • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
