• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and lead generation activities. (150+ touchpoints per day) • Identify and engage potential clients across target industries (Healthcare is highly preferred). • Schedule meetings and generate qualified sales opportunities for leadership and sales teams (8-10 qualified meetings per month). • Build and maintain prospect pipelines using CRM systems and lead generation platforms. • Research target companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities. • Collaborate with internal leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• 2+ years of experience as an SDR, Inside Sales Representative, Outbound Specialist or similar outbound sales roles. • C1 English. • Experience working in startup or small-company environments in the IT/healthcare/medical device/pharma industry. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc). • Professional communication and relationship-building abilities. • Big plus: Exposure to HIPAA-compliant environments or healthcare-related technology solutions.
