📋 Description

• Conduct quantitative analysis to test hypotheses about our users and the way they interact with our product • Administer A/B tests, monitor results and generate product and business recommendations • Build data and analytical foundation for product analytics, including data pipelines and automated reporting • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to test and implement product changes • Mentor junior team members on best practices and foster a center of excellence on data, analytics, and experimentation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years work experience in increasingly senior analytical roles in technology and finance industry • Experience in product or growth analytics, proficient in with Python / R, Google Sheets / Excel, SQL • Experience working with large datasets, data modeling, and data pipelines using tools like Databricks, DBT, Looker, Snowflake, Redshift, Tableau, Mode • Experience deriving actionable insights from analysis and analytical storytelling • Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science or other quantitative fields
