• Own the cross-functional sales cycle through to contract signature to meet or exceed sales targets. • Grow the business by consultatively understanding client needs and creating persuasive sales materials that clearly communicate Upvest’s value proposition. • Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships through regular client calls and networking events. • Contribute to sales enablement and process improvements by sharing client insights and promoting best practices. • Ensure a seamless client onboarding experience through effective communication with our implementations team.
• 4–6+ years of experience in sales-related roles, ideally within investments, banking, or wealth management, preferably in a B2B environment and with API-based products. • Previous experience and a strong interest in investments, securities trading, and software-/infrastructure-as-a-service products (e.g., BaaS). • Proven expertise in B2B sales methodologies such as solution/consultative selling and practical application of industry best practices, always starting from the client’s needs. • Demonstrated strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups, and willingness to challenge assumptions internally and externally. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections effectively, and deliver compelling pitches. • Hands-on, proactive ownership of complex projects, including consistent and reliable communication with multiple client and internal stakeholders and thorough internal documentation.
