• Collaborate with a small, self-motivated team of developers and product people • Develop systems and apps using best practices, scalable and maintainable code • Design, develop and deploy backend services focusing on high availability, low latency and scalability • Help teammates solve user-centric problems using data-informed insights • Improve performance of existing features and build new ones to support growth • Build an engineering culture based on knowledge sharing, cooperation and ego-less decision making

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding and good experience using modern development environment and tools • Fluent in writing and optimizing Typescript in React Native / React.js / Node.js • Operating/migrating large data structures in MongoDB • No-ego doer - don't attach personal self to ideas, action-oriented • Aim for clarity in communication, actively listen to others
