• Lead critical business negotiations that shape the future of our company. • Identify the right partners, understand their needs, and position Urbix Hub as the ideal solution. • Support funding rounds and investor relations. • Contribute to product development insights and market positioning. • Create compelling proposals that communicate our vision to key stakeholders. • Multi-task across critical business areas: sales, strategy, and business development. • Work directly with the CEO and CTO to turn bold ideas into actionable plans. • Develop and refine our go-to-market approach using cutting-edge AI and analytics tools. • Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities across multiple business areas.
• C1 German and English language skills • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales • Bachelor's degree (honestly, we don't mind the field, as long as you have at least one year of B2B sales experience) • You can turn complex ideas into compelling stories AND persuade people. • You're a natural problem solver — self-driven, curious, and creative. • You learn quickly and can figure things out independently (self-motivation is your thing!) • You're not afraid to experiment, fail, and iterate. • Tech-savvy enough to love AI, but human enough to hold meaningful conversations. • Being funny is a BIG plus.
• Monthly stipend: €2,200–€2,500 (funded by public innovation initiatives) • Full-time position with real impact (It's okay if you're a master's student — we can work things out)
