📋 Description

• Schedule a high volume of patient appointments efficiently, in a friendly and professional manner • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, co-workers, and physicians, ensuring every interaction is respectful and positive • Accurately schedule new and established patient appointments using the office's electronic system, adhering to physician guidelines and templates • Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed based on physician schedule changes, notifying the appropriate clinic personnel and documenting changes in the E.H.R. system • Verify and update patient demographic information, including insurance details, in the E.H.R. system • Review patient medical charts to ensure appointments are scheduled according to the physician's guidelines • Follow up with patients who missed appointments in the previous week to reschedule and update charts accordingly • Adapt to frequent changes in daily schedules and manage them efficiently • Assist with special projects assigned by the Administrator or management team • Perform any other related tasks or duties as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Proficient typing skills • Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication abilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of patients and staff • Ability to handle a high volume of work and prioritize tasks effectively • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role
