âą Lead enterprise Voice AI deployments end-to-end âą Optimize containment, CSAT, and task success rates âą Integrate Voice AI into Five9 or similar CCaaS platforms âą Design conversation flows, prompts, and fallback logic âą Improve QA, evals, and conversation performance metrics âą Support compliant outbound Voice AI operations âą Partner directly with executive leadership on roadmap priorities
đŻ Requirements
âą 8+ years relevant Voice AI or contact center experience âą 3+ production Voice AI deployments personally owned âą Experience with PolyAI, Cognigy, Replicant, or Parloa âą Deep CCaaS knowledge, preferably Five9 âą Strong SIP, CTI, queue management, and transfer knowledge âą Experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services
