• Lead care gap closure and integrity initiatives • Improve documentation quality and workflow consistency • Monitor provider performance and operational trends • Build quality assurance and validation processes • Support audit readiness and compliance activities • Coach providers on documentation and HEDIS standards • Partner cross-functionally to improve care gap completion
🎯 Requirements
• Active NP license required • 5+ years clinical operations or quality leadership • Medicare Advantage or Medicaid program experience • Strong HEDIS/STARS knowledge • Experience leading provider performance initiatives
