📋 Description

‱ Own a California territory with real account growth upside ‱ Grow net dollar retention across accounts over $25K ‱ Build account plans and expansion paths ‱ Turn RFP wins into follow-on consulting work ‱ Manage relationships with GIS managers and IT leaders ‱ Attend council meetings, conferences, and local events ‱ Spot software opportunities and pull in sales support ‱ Partner with founders on strategy and key presentations

🎯 Requirements

‱ Experience selling into local government ‱ Account growth or expansion sales experience ‱ Background in services or consulting sales ‱ Strong network in California public sector ‱ Able to navigate city budgets and local government decision-making ‱ Able to travel across California as needed ‱ Nice to have GIS (geographic information systems) experience ‱ Sold to GIS managers or IT leaders ‱ Experience with RFP-driven government business ‱ Worked in a founder-led environment
