🎯 Requirements

• Current wealth advisor, financial advisor, or wealth manager experience • Established client relationships or book of business • Clean compliance record • Planning-led, client-first approach • U.S.-based and able to serve U.S. clients • Strong client retention history • Interest in building a durable practice, not simply monetizing a book through firm-hopping.
