📋 Description

• Under the direction of the Senior Director of Major Gifts, responsible for executing, supporting, and helping grow the mid-level donor program • Contribute to a donor-centric, multichannel approach • Engage, retain, and reactivate current and lapsed mid-level donors • Identify and transition donors into major gift portfolios • Monitor the performance of the mid-level donor program and various segments • Ensure accurate analysis, recordkeeping, and reporting • Track donor interactions and ensure timely acknowledgment of gifts • Leverage emerging AI-enabled tools to enhance stewardship, segmentation, and engagement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of fundraising experience • Experience working on or supporting a mid-level giving program preferred • Demonstrated experience engaging donors and managing moves management processes • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines while communicating effectively with stakeholders • Strong commitment to the mission of Soles4Souls • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience leveraging AI tools in fundraising efforts • Strong computer proficiency and comfort with CRM systems • Self-starter with the ability to work independently • Ability to travel to events and meetings across the country as needed
