📋 Description

• Analyze referral patterns, patient origin data, call tracking, and marketing ROI metrics to identify top-producing sources, under-penetrated referral segments, and areas for opportunity. • Serve as the primary marketing advisor to assigned practices, providing strategic guidance and performance insights to support growth objectives. • Partner with practice leadership to set specific referral growth and activity benchmarks. • Support local practice with brand awareness and community presence through educational programs, hosted events, referral development activities. • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with practice growth objectives. • Conduct routine field visits based on data-prioritized plans. • Develop, launch, and optimize localized digital advertising campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field • Two or more years of experience in field marketing, account management, or business development; healthcare experience preferred. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability.
