USACS is the Undergraduate Student Alliance of Computer Scientists at Rutgers University that organizes events and runs collaborative spaces for computer science students. It maintains resources such as the Coding and Social Lounge (CSL), a Linux-station Command Center, a Hackerspace with 3D printers, robotics, and Oculus Rifts, and a Makerspace for hands-on hardware projects. USACS helps students get involved outside the classroom through workshops, social events, and access to tools and facilities for building hardware and software projects.

📋 Description

• Responsible for patient care by providing leadership over multiple emergency departments and inpatient units • Work with medical directors, regional APP Directors, nursing leadership, and hospital administration to ensure high quality outcomes • Accountable for key patient and operational metrics and overall financial performance of EDs and inpatient units • Create an inclusive work environment, providing performance coaching, recognition, and career guidance to teams • Develop a pipeline of talent for the organization • Monitor patient experience and flow, design and implement process improvement strategies • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate regions financial and operational performance • Ensure clinical, operational, risk management, and financial performance meets or exceeds expectations • Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Degree • Medical Board Certification • State Medical License • Federal Medical License • EM or HM Residency Training Scholars Program • 5 + years physician leadership experience
