📋 Description

• Oversees the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting responsibilities. • Participates in month end close support and prepares budget/forecast variance analysis. • Responsible for the modeling of long-range financial planning related to core business decisions. • Assists with annual budget and forecasting process. • Analyzes financial data to explain variance drivers, identify trends, and call attention to opportunities to improve performance. • Collaborates with finance team members, managers, and platform CFOs to support overall departmental goals and objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred; CPA or MBA preferred. • 6+ years of professional experience in similar duties. • Minimum of 2 years auditing experience. • Experience with GL accounting and reconciliations is preferred. • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. • Experience using Workday software is preferred. • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting software.
