• Build and align implementation schedule for new clients. • Follow up on the implementation process with new clients. • Perform setup/configuration of the new system. • Lead the implementation and onboarding process. • Present and guide new clients on using the platform. • Respond to and resolve technical support tickets. • Collaborate with related teams on client issues (ensure resolution). • Facilitate technical problem resolution in case of bugs (create tasks). • Advise clients and keep them informed about progress and resolutions. • Create support materials based on support needs. • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (quantitative and qualitative). • Develop and maintain client relationships. • Create materials/communications for new feature launches. • Develop trainings and user guides for features. • Identify product improvements and report them to the team.
• Availability to work on weekends. • Basic technology tools (Excel, ChatGPT, automation tools). • Focus on quality and attention to detail. • Clear, didactic communication skills. • Proactivity and initiative. • Ability to solve problems effectively. • Quick learning ability. • Positive energy and strong interpersonal skills. • Plus: Previous experience in customer support and working on projects involving Artificial Intelligence.
