📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to hit and exceed activity and output targets • Own rep skill development, diagnosing what's holding each rep back and building toward it • Review call and meeting recordings systematically, deliver feedback, and hold dedicated feedback sessions to reinforce best practices across the team • Own the team's daily and weekly activity scorecard, identify negative trends early, and translate them into coaching moments or escalate gaps to the Director • Lead a portion of the interview process for new hires and own the execution of onboarding and ramp milestones for new team members • Implement performance management processes in close partnership with the Director • Foster a positive, high-accountability team culture that reflects Nourish's values and keeps the bar high

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of people management experience leading a team of sellers (SDR, BDR, AE, or recruiters) at a high-growth startup • Strong grasp of sales management fundamentals, including pipeline hygiene, input metrics, performance management, and rep development • Experience hiring, onboarding, and ramping new sales hires • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of building trust with your team quickly • Know how to leverage CRM data (specifically Salesforce) to surface insights and inform your coaching priorities • Bonus: Familiarity selling into or working with healthcare personas.
