📋 Description

• Develop and execute the North America segment marketing strategy in alignment with global marketing priorities and regional business objectives. • Drive localized activation of global campaigns through field events, webinars, paid media, account-based marketing, and digital programs. • Own regional marketing performance, including pipeline sourced and influenced, and optimize programs based on business outcomes. • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline generation and revenue goals. • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to define reporting, dashboards, and insights that measure campaign effectiveness and support decision-making. • Lead the planning and execution of regional events, including executive roundtables, partner events, industry conferences, and customer programs, while partnering with the global events team on flagship events. • Mentor and develop a team of segment marketers while fostering strong cross-functional relationships and continuously improving marketing processes, programs, and ways of working.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in regional marketing or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment • 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring high-performing marketing teams • Proven success developing and executing marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across North America • Experience marketing to enterprise organizations within industries such as banking, retail, consumer products, or software • Strong understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing, pipeline acceleration, and marketing and sales alignment • Experience using marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, or similar platforms to execute and measure campaigns • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
