📋 Description

• Oversee project teams and ensure IT projects are completed on time • Create and deliver influential large-scale project communications • Exceed client expectations through superior implementation and delivery • Oversee small- to mid-size projects throughout the complete project life cycle • Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource management strategies • Manage project teams, stakeholders, and ongoing customer communication • Facilitate communications, scheduling, business requirements/gap analysis, and testing • Act as the single point of contact for project communications • Manage project resources, tasks, risks, acceptance criteria, and signoffs • Ensure project documentation is delivered with high quality and on schedule • Schedule and facilitate team meetings, status reports, and status meetings • Coordinate cross-functional team members to maintain project requirements, deadlines, and schedules • Identify and resolve issues with project team members • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information • Establish and execute effective project communication plans • Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials, and other implementation and turnover documents • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements • Lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, and communicate with senior leadership • Provide leadership to business analysts, collaborate with customers, and develop high-value strategies and solutions • Coach and mentor project teams, business partners, and stakeholders in SDLC, project management, and agile frameworks • Lead and manage remote teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field is listed under preferred skills and qualifications • Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, technical design, and practical implementation of IT solutions • Ability to work under minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment in ambiguous situations • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models • Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles and practices • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in high-tech development environments with multifunctional teams • Experience implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies on enterprise-level application development projects • Experience overseeing multifunctional project teams of at least 10–15 members • Sufficient technical background to lead development teams and evaluate complex project risks and issues • Ability to lead business analysts, collaborate with customers, and develop high-value strategies and solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience leading and managing IT projects using SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall best practices • Experience planning, leading, and tracking IT projects • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment • Experience gathering IT requirements from clients and business partners • Experience gathering IT requirements from documents, letters, forms, reports, websites, and intranet sites • Experience documenting formal requirements, including Business Cases, Use Cases, and User Stories • Experience diagramming formal requirements, including cross-functional process flows, use case models, data flow models, SWOT, business objective, cause/effect, and fishbone diagrams • Experience serving as a servant-leader in IT Agile projects • Experience coaching and mentoring project teams, business partners, and stakeholders in SDLC, project management, and agile frameworks • Experience leading and managing remote teams • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio • Experience managing projects using MS SharePoint, including creating and managing SharePoint Lists • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, A-CSM, A-CSPO, or ITIL are preferred • Ability to travel if needed • Six Sigma Certification • SAFe Agilist, SAFe Release Train Engineer, or SAFe Program Consultant certification • Experience in the health solutions industry • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira Align, and Miro is a plus • Must be passionate about continuously improving consumer experiences
