📋 Description
• Create project sprints together with the responsible team. • Responsible for structuring the backlog for each project, delivering and reviewing it with the project team. • Manage the progress of each team's deliverables and oversee product deliveries to the client. • Define metrics to be used to track projects and programs. • Create and manage sprint metrics and KPIs to report to department heads, as well as indicators for clients. • Facilitate the communication process to ensure messages reach clients accurately. • Responsible for direct communication with the client, providing updates on project progress and gathering information and data useful for the advancement of sprints.
