📋 Description

• Conduct outbound LinkedIn outreach to mortgage brokers and referral partners. • Build and nurture strong, long-term referral partnerships. • Schedule appointments and meetings for the business owner. • Proactively follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. • Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. • Repurpose Canva templates for various content needs. • Write attention-grabbing captions and marketing copy. • Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement. • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. • Write engaging social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and marketing emails. • Contribute to content planning and ongoing marketing campaigns. • Send welcome emails and communications to new clients. • Collect client identification and required onboarding documentation. • Manage onboarding workflows and maintain ongoing client communications. • Coordinate follow-ups to deliver a seamless client experience. • Oversee general business administration tasks. • Manage CRM and client databases. • Coordinate client gifts and execute online research. • Provide executive and administrative assistance as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, Marketing Assistant, Client Success VA, or similar role. • Strong background in LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting. • Excellent written and verbal English skills. • Proficiency with Go High Level (GHL). • Skilled in Canva design. • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently while handling multiple projects. • Confident in client communication and relationship-building. • Nice to Have: Experience using social media scheduling tools, background in email marketing, CRM management skills, copywriting experience, digital marketing knowledge, Google Ads familiarity, workflow automation expertise.
